When the going gets tough,
the sea of life gets rough.

when darkness envelopes you,
and u cant find a way through.

never loose the faith n hope,
even if things seem out of scope.

cos if u believe in ur dreams,
then the light from them beams...
and scatters away the darkness,
n the warmth feels like a caress...

believe it or not its all in ur head,
so dnt loose hope n sulk instead-
be focussed, determined n smile,
cos even when u n ur loved ones get senile...
they'll remember the smile on ur face,
even wen they r void of ur trace... :)

This Holi I say...

Its that time of the year when we celebrate HOLI,

it may be colorless here but in my heart if you may see..

I hold all the colors which bind me to my land,

my parents, sisters and brothers without them my life is bland..

I wish them all the happiness as bright as the gulal,

And on this festival I confess I miss them one and all..

I would put the red color

on the face of my mother

and wish her smile to stay

forever and ever!

I would put the green color

on the face of my father

and pray for his good health

as his support is my most precious wealth!

I would put the pink color

on the face of my sister

and pour all the love

for my naughty little dove!

I would put the blue color

on the face of my brother

and shower all the care

not one drop shall I spare !

Even though I'm so far my feelings reach out..

I may not say out loud but my heart pours it out.

Each color that you see depicts the emotions in my heart..

I may be away from you but I'm still connected to your heart.

So this Holi I say, I may not have the colors..

but your love and blessings are brighter than the blooming flowers.
